OLD PUEBLO : Abre Fox Restaurant Concepts...el Culinary Dropout ...un exitazo

Tucson.- Located in the heart of mid-town, at 2543 E. Grant Road, the new restaurant, Culinary Dropout is now open to the public. The Culinary Dropout experience includes rotating live music, a full bar and dining area, a “Yard” area with games such as shuffle board and cornhole, and the “Coop” which is space available for events.

 “From the cuisine to the cocktails to the overall concept, we’re dropping something pretty outrageous on our beloved Old Pueblo,” said Bryan Lapham, general manager of Culinary Dropout at Grant Road Lumber Yard. “Whether it’s a sleep-in weekend brunch, a hellacious happy hour, a mecca for live entertainment, or a scratch-made meal that will satisfy the cravings of the drop out in all of us, our team is absolutely thrilled to be showcasing this concept to our guests,” he said.

 The Tucson location will have a number of exclusively inspired dishes and cocktails. Created by Executive Chef Jesse Bright, some of the Tucson exclusive meals include the green chili stew with braised pork shoulder, northern beans, fried egg, and cornbread, the smoked salmon avocado toast with campari tomatoes, capers, and pickled red onion, and the grilled steak tacos with smashed avocado, cotija cheese, pickled onions, and salsa guajillo. Kids’ meals are also available under the title “Little Monsters” on the menu. Tucson’s Culinary Dropout is introducing a couple new drinks like the Pink Cadillac Margarita, the Long Slow Burn, and the exclusive PRINCE OF TUCSON G&T. 

 The restaurant will also have a variety of Arizona craft beers available. Happy Hour will be Monday through Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Brunch is also available on Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Culinary Dropout is open on Monday to Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., Thursday to Friday 11 a.m. to 1 a.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 1 a.m., and Sunday 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. The restaurant also has other locations in Arizona, Nevada and Texas.
